Items showing signs of wear, damage, odours, stains, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Custom, made-to-order, personalised, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and the use of a tracked service is recommended as Slammed Performance is not responsible for lost returns. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Slammed Performance reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
